I just got done getting about a 5 minute service update here at 6am PST. Why is OOMA waiting till later on in the day for these updates ? Most of the time the updates would be around 1am so that not a lot of customers are effected. Also why doesn't OOMA post in advance the time of the of the upgrade or email customers to give them a heads up.
