Calling Ooma Support at 1-888-711-6662 Says it's disconnecte

Has anyone else got through to support today? I'm calling from work and it says it's not a valid number. Then calling from my mobile it says it's not a working number.

Anyone else able to get through?

I got through earlier but now I'm getting the same message. This is rather disconcerting, to say the least. Has Ooma gone out of business?

I just tried it from 4 different numbers - at work, from a cell, my wife tried from home and from a separate landline at work - all got through. I wonder if they had a problem and it is OK now?

Every time I call support I have been very happy.

This time I tested out a Scout and had a number associated to it. I wanted to pack up the Scout to save but wanted to save the number to my shared hub with my main number. The customer service answered the phone within a minute and understood what I wanted and changed it within two minutes.

He even called back the old Scout number after I rebooted the Hub just to make sure it worked.

Fantastic!
