Ooma is out in Connecticut for me too!

Shouldn't Ooma have an alternate / backup site at a different physical premises?

Down here in Maine as well. Certainly looks like a national outage. Every service has its glitches (more than once Time Warner's Digital Phone service was down, but not for long periods).

I'm not going to bother calling them on my cell. I'll just check back here once in a while.

Any chance of a support person updating the original post with a rough guess ETA for when things should be back up? I'd like to know if it will be sooner rather than later. My wife came home early and had an important conference call that she needed to transcribe notes for and the service went down right as she was about to dial in. Perfect timing.

There is an outage nationwide. I can't even login to my lounge. SUCKS!!!!
It would been nice if we could have gotten an outage notification email. Like this we don't have to mess with the box and get frustrated when it does not work. Calling ooma support using cell phone is even worst.

Just called my # from my cell and it says I have a non working #. The support line is busy and can't get into the lounge. What is going on? when will this be fixed?

It looks like there's an outage with one of the Internet links that has broken the connection to a large number of ooma Hubs. I don't have an ETA yet on when things will be back up -- but right now, our network operations team is working on diagnosing and resolving this problem as quickly as possible.
