I was wrong about the lounge. I couldn't log in just a little while earlier, and my service was down. Frank, I'm in SJ also and mine has been back up for 20 minutes. Try power cycling your hub.

For those who's eager to know how often this outage happens, here is my story:
I have been up with ooma since January 2008. April 13th, 2009 is the first time I ran into more than 5 hours outage. Today is the 2nd time (only ~1 hour or 2). I am satisfied with the service - w/o a bill to pay. Given the length of the time I have been in service, the entire investment has been fully refunded.
Just to wish this week's accident is a rare thing and they have an idea what is going on.

Still having outage problems in Milwaukee. Internet connection works fine, but getting #1 and #2 lit up solid red; my OOMA box says the ooma tunnel isn't up. I've power cycled and it's not helping.
It was up yesterday for a while and woke up this morning and it was down again.
