nyc and still down. I can't get throught to customer service either. Can someone post instructions on what I will need to do once service to box has been reactivated? If it is still red tommorow, do I need to do some reset or re-register the box?

Maybe it's time to have a hot site available for the service to failover to in the event of problems like this. Hosting all calls out of 1 location may not be practical for the survival of the company. Our collective outage also means that we were unable to access 911 service. Regardless if it was in a user agreement, it will still give bad press.

Vancouver wa, My Hub stoped blinking red but now has no color and i recived a call but cant call out. and now we are blinking red again. seems like it is trying to fix.

Blue here as well. I loove my ooma!

This is funny. I'm reading that Blackberry had an outage as well.

Ooma seems to be back in VA (finally). So far, it's stayed up for 10 minutes now.
