I'm guessing we're right in the middle of an outage as I can access the internet (after all, I'm posting this), and I can connect to my Ooma core, however, it shows the tunnel to Ooma as disconnected.

Lines 1 and 2 on the Core are solid red and both the core and the scout have flashing red Ooma tabs.

Calls to Ooma's support line results in a busy signal.

It would be nice to know what the problem is, an estimated time to repair, etc.

For what it's worth ... :)

I'm also experiencing an Ooma outage in Burbank, CA at two locations where we have Ooma. Any update?

Thanks

It's even worse that I can't seem to log into the Lounge to activate Multi-Ring. We really need a feature to forward calls automatically in the event of an outage.

Outage in Denver Colorado as well, same busy signal to support line. I also cannot log into lounge, maybe related.

I am also experiencing an Ooma outage in Odenville, AL (right out side of Birmingham). Also using my phone number I am unable to log into the Ooma Lounge.

Same here, in Ft Worth, TX -- flashing red on ooma hub and scout, and I get "invalid ID" when I try to log into ooma lounge.
