Any info on this area??
O.K. I'm also in SoCal... in the hills near Angeles Crest. I have AT&T DSL. My system was down for a few hours and automatically rebooted when service was restored. Everythng seems to be working fine. Based on a few other comments I have seen, others here in SoCal are also working.
Tell us more about your system and connections. There are some very sharp people here who just may be able to help resolve the problem.

I've learned a lot here... two months ago I didn't even know how to spell VOIP and now I are one.

The first thing to do is eliminate the wiring as a variable. If you can, please relocate the Scout so that it is adjacent to the Hub and use a short phone cable to connect the WALL port of the Hub (you may need to use a splitter if you have a phone line plugged into the Hub) to the WALL port of the Scout. If the Scout doesn't come up in that scenario, then there is possibly a hardware problem with the Hub or the Scout, or both.
