More info on the factory reset support [25510]:

1. Hold down the pairing button
2. Power up the base station
3. Wait for amber/blue flashing (takes a while)
4. Hold for 10+ more seconds and then release pairing button
5. It will flash amber/blue for few more seconds
6. The base station will reboot by itself (release the pairing button after this)
