Fix the callerid time not displaying on certain phones behind Linx [26702, 31124]
Fix issue where Office can go blue when no extensions are registered [30916]
Fix issue where some Linx stop ringing if there was a fastbusy on the previous answer [31199] *

* A fastbusy or dialtone upon answer is normal if another extension got to the call first
