Call Log Not Showing Outbound After Hours Calls
After Hours, we can see calls coming in on the Call Log Dashboard. However, when the call is transferred out to an external number, the call out is not showing up on the Call Log anymore. It was 3 weeks ago. We need to see that outbound call to make sure our After Hours Menu is working properly.
