I realise this topic goes here.

I am not sure what update just got pushed out, but it reset our entire caller-id system.

As of the last hour, our Ooma Office Web Portal will no longer let us set whatever number we want for our caller-id. This means that while our OWNED (ported) phone number rings through to our OOMA number, only our OOMA numbers are allowed to use on our caller id.

Can someone please tell me what just happened?

Update for those who care - Ooma changed their system programming in a recent update.

That change went in 12/15 and following customer feedback it will be partially undone such that an admin can change the callerid to any of the numbers again.
