Unable to register new Ooma

I purchased a new Ooma LTE from the website, went to my.ooma.com/activate, and it won't allow me to activate. Get to the service address section and get error: "There was an error processing your order. Please try again later."
Spent over an hour with Ooma support, they acknowledged a problem and are supposed to call back. That was yesterday.
Anyone else seeing this issue? I'm about ready to send it back.
