Upgrading from the original Telo

Post by Blue11 » Tue Jul 09, 2024 9:42 am

Have a few questions about the features of the new hard wired (not wi-fi) Telo as compared to my old original Telo:

How many devices (ie. Lynx, Handsets) can the new one support? My current one can support three devices plus the Telo.

Can I still use the HD2 handsets I currently have with the new Telo, or do I have to buy new HD3 handsets?

Is the swapout of new Telo for old reasonably simple? I currently have the original Telo, two Lynx (three lines total), and several HD2 handsets (but I can only use one because of the four device limitation).

Thanks.

The Telo 2 supports up to 4 DECT devices (Linx, HD2, HD3, etc.), at the same time, in any combination, (such as two Linx, and two HD2 handsets). Contact Ooma to transfer service from the old Telo to the new Telo.
