DSC Alarm not working: New Oooma service

My analog DSC alarm system is not working with the Ooma. I just moved to AT&T Fiber and got an Ooma Telo. I get a dial tone and my Ooma preferences is set to alarm. I know a call is going out but it is not connecting with the alarm monitoring company. My alarm company wants me to upgrade to an internet connection. Is there a way to make this work with the existing equipment and service?
