Leave Old Phone company connected or not?

hmmm. yeah, heat is the enemy of any types of electronics. I notice the Telo does get fairly warm, but I figured it must be stress-tested to be OK, since they did not even bother putting any vents on the box. A laptop cooling pad is a clever idea.
Re: Leave Old Phone company connected or not?
Got my new box. Plugged it in and its working great now. I think i am going to leave it connected to my router instead of directly to the modem and see how that goes. Also, I got the UPS, so I should be protected there. The UPS cost about the same as two more months of phone bills. So now I have about 10 more months to go before I break even.
