New Router and no access

I recently had a problem with FIOS. The Verizon tech replaced the ONT with a brand new one and also replaced the DLink router with a new Actiontec MI424 router. I have a Windows XP machine and a Windows Server 2003 machine that picked up addresses over DHCP with no problem. Several laptops with XP also pick up DHCP addresses over wireless. I had to assign a physical address to a Vista machine. I just tried doing that with the OOMA hub but still have no connectivity. Everything worked fine before the new router. Has anyone else had an experience like this?
