If you do not have an IP in this address range you will never connect to the OOMA hub.
Now open a web browser and go to 172.27.35.1
Make sure your ethernet connection is connected to the port marked HOME. This is all Just very basic networking skills.
Seriously, thanks for the suggestions but I tried all of that well before I resorted to posting on the forums.
I'm typing this from my work laptop, which is having the same issue with setup.ooma.com (I tried Firefox, IE, and Chrome). So, at least I know it's not a client/browser issue; it must be something with the Hub.
I'm going to try the hard reset now.
