Telo reset after second call to land line number

Hi, I am a new user and still trying to figure the system out before terminating the land line.
System setup: ATT DSL->2Wire 1701HG->(Wi-Fi)->Asus WL-330GE->Telo->Uniden cordless with three handset.
The Telo is working fine behind the WL-330GE, but today I plugged the ATT landline (previously connected to the Uniden cordless) into the Telo. Calling out is OK, and calling in to the Telo number is OK, but if I called the land line number, the Uniden did not ring and after send attempt the Telo went into reset/reboot. I have tried several times today and it appears to be consistent.
It's not a big issue since I am going to cut the land line, but just wonder what happens with others who have a land line as a back up.

Thanks,

Are you running your Telo on standalone mode (got an Ooma number separate from your landline number)?

How is the landline connected to your Telo? Is it to the "wall" port?

If you are standalone and if your landline dialtone is connected to the "wall" port, the phones connected to the Telo willl only ring if you lose internet on the Telo.

Not sure what's going on with your Telo rebooting though.

Yes, new Telo number when register. Land line number is old ATT.
Land line is connected to "wall" socket as in the installation guide.
You answered my question on the land line ring issue.
I already opened a ticket with support for the reset/reboot issue.

To update the post, if the land line is to be used with the "wall" port, the line must be "provisioned" to work with Telo. I got confirmation from support today.
