Move

Post by ajin3 » Tue May 10, 2011 6:20 am

I moved in the same area code. I have connected the OOMA the same way as before. However, the OOMA telo is showing Line 1, Line 2 and the 2 buttons below as all solid red. I am not able to make a call to my number.

I have updated the new service address on my OOMA account.

The internet service provider has changed from COX to Verizon Fios now.

Pl. help.

1 and 2 red means there is no network connection.
Make sure that you have the Internet connection of the Telo connected to a FIOS router LAN port.
