Setup static ip
If the router is also a DHCP server for other devices on the network, then make sure that the DHCP range of IP addresses doesn't conflict with any static IP addresses. For example, the router could use 192.168.1.1-253 for DHCP, and the Telo INTERNET port could use a static 192.168.1.254.
