I am having the same issue - brand new HD Handset stuck in "Connecting..." while trying to connect to my brand new Telo. Please upgrade my telo as well.

Looks like I have the same issue. Was elevated to tier 2......but think all I need is a firmware upate.

My brand new Telo and HD2 are doing the same thing, stuck on connecting. I did a chat with support and she "elevated it" and said it would be 24-48 hours...
I'm thinking mine is the firmware upgrade as well...

That was quick. Firmware update was pushed, and everything is working 4.0 now...

I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Just purchased a Telo & HD2. My HD2 handset says software upgrade required & please put handset in cradle. It's been in the cradle for over an hour, battery is showing 3/4 full.

Just bought a new HD2 and looks like I'm having the same issue
