I have a new HD2 handset that has been stuck in the "Connecting..." status for hours. My other handsets show HS version 106285. I have reset the Telo and pulled the batteries from the handset several times but nothing works. Is there something that you can do to help?

Hello Tom,

I was on the support chat. I guess my Telo was upgraded today. Ever since the upgrade went through, Neither of the HD2 handsets will connect to the base unit.

Can you assist me?

airjoe, your telo1 ran into the issue at viewtopic.php?f=9&t=19810

ghart999, upgraded your telo1 but it has run into the same issue - please power cycle, then wait 5-7 min to see if DECT becomes available, if not try another power cycle - unfortunately this is an issue with older telo1 - fixed in telo2.

Hi Tom,

I've had a telo for about a year. Just received a HD2 handset and have the same problem with the "connecting ..." not proceeding. I presume I need the firmware upgrade. Thanks!

Tom, I called Support this morning and they promptly upgraded my Telo. The HD2 is now working. Thanks, and please disregard my request.
