no light on hub

i have activated today. after activating hub tab lighted blue but
in about an hour light is gone. telephone works fine.
can someone tell me if any light should stay on continously.
thanks.connected with router.

Make sure you didn't turn the light down. The dimmer is on the right side of the hub.

Thanks Waynedsr , dimmer is all the way up.no light .

Make sure you turned up the one on the right and not the left. Left one is the voicemail volume. Blue light should always be on.
