Problems connecting my DP1 desk phone to Telo

I have just installed Telo and started connected my DP1, it's stuck on connecting. I have tried unregistering and reregistering it, I have also rebooted both and nothing seems to work. I've left it sat there as long as 20 minutes and still nothing
