My Ooma has the red light blinking, but only a double blink then pause. Any ideas? Thanks for any and all ideas.
Here is the background:
1.Had Ooma for a few years now, and everything has worked great until....
2. Internet went down for the entire neighborhood yesterday. Of course I thought it was just my equipment, so I reset my modem and router before I stopped to look at the Comcast truck down the block. (Insert eye-rolling emoji here).
3. WiFi is working fine.
4. I can no longer use a LAN cord directly to my computer, because my Mac doesn’t have the capability. But have successfully used wireless for the last four months.
5. Customer Support tells me my internet provider has changed the firewall. However, I own my modem, and it currently is set to “allow all.”
