How to make the ported number the primary (line 1) number?
I recently set an Ooma Telo up for my mom, and had her phone number ported from CenturyLink. Now in her account, it shows 2 phone numbers - the temporary number Ooma assigned, and her ported number.
How to I delete the temp# in the settings? They both show up (we signed up for Premier service). When I call her ported# and we let it go to voicemail, it answers with the temp#, not the ported one.
Also, her caller ID name (when calling out) shows up as somebody else's name (presumably the last person registered with that temp#). So we're trying to just eliminate that temp# from the account completely now that the ported# is there. But when I go into MYOOMA, PREFERENCES, PHONE NUMBERS, there's no delete option.

Phone Ooma support before the Premier trial ends to change the primary #. Once the trial period ends, the included 2nd # will be freed (lost).
