SOME INCOMING CALLS GO TO VOICEMAIL INSTANTLY AND A MESSAGE IS LEFT,THE HOME PHONE NEVER RINGS. I HAVE OOMA VOICEMAIL SET TO PICK UP AFTER 59 SECONDS.MY REGULAR ANSWERING MACHINE IS SET TO PICK UP ON THE 4TH RING.HOWEVER THE PHONE NEVER ACTUALLY RINGS.THIS ONLY HAPPENS ONCE IN A WHILE.MOST CALLS WILL RING AND GO TO THE ANSWERING MACHINE

If someone calls you while you are on a call it will go directly to voicemail.

'Premier' customer? Any call blocking levels set? Configured to 'Send to Voicemail'?

Blocked calls are NOT logged (to date).
