Porting Question

I may have filled out the porting information incorrectly. I answered phone provider as ATT U-Verse and internet connection as cable. I have a 5268AC gateway provided be ATT. All my services enter the gateway on one cable. (The gateway jack is labeled VDSL) The gateway then has outputs for phone, and TV. Should have I answered DSL as my internet connection? Do I need to contact ATT and ask for "stand-alone" DSL?
