OOMA HD2 handset - wrong power plugs

I ordered two HD2 2pak handsets. Each box contains 2 individually boxed handsets. All 4 boxes come with a USB charging cradle. However, 2 with a USB charger and 2 with a round-pin charger. I now have 2 phones that I cannot use. I went on live chat. They told me to call Customer Support for help. I called Customer Support. They told me I have to send all the phones back for replacement. Of course, there is no instructions in the box, except the invoice to tell me how to return all the phones. This is a hassle. Why can't OOMA just send me two USB power plugs so I can get the phones working??
