Logging into 2nd Private Line to See Call Log

Hello all,

I am new to this forum so I hope my question makes some sense:

I have a Telo unit setup with my Primary Line and a Linx setup with my Private Account second number. I have them set up so that my Primary number rings only to my Telo and my second line only rings to my Linx. This all works fine.

My question is how can I see a call log for calls sent to my 2nd number which rings only my Linx (Private Account)? And can I set up different preferences for my Linx. When I log into My Omma, I only see log calls to my Telo main primary number. I read to sign into the private account to see logs for my second number but I can not find a way to log into this second private account. If I enter my second number and pw for my private account, it says incorrect phone number or pw so I can not log into my second number private account.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance for any replies.

When you created the private phone number you specified its password. It is not necessarily the same as the primary password.
