Handset stopped working

I have an Ooma Telo that's been working great for about a year. All of a sudden, the AT&T handset I had working with it stopped working. This is what I make calls with and it gets its signal from the phone jack that comes out of the Telo. I tried another handset and that's not getting a signal either. I tried another cable from the ooma to the handsets, too, so it shouldn't be that. Also, I can call my number and leave a message that I can play on the Ooma. And my account says it's online on the website. Anyone have ideas?

I tried a third handset and it worked. Not sure what the deal was. The first died and the second I tried was a dumb handset, meaning no answering machine in it... My guess is that the original handset just died and the second wasn't the same type, so it wouldn't work. When I tried the third handset it was the right type with answering machine included and it worked.

off and on I would get "No line" on my phone for no reason
sometimes for hours at a time
