Question/Help - Distributing Ooma to All Telephone Jacks

Hello, I read various instructions on line and watched some youtube videos on disconnecting the landline from the box on the outside of my house so I can connect Ooma to my existing phone jacks throughout my house.
however, the wires/box on the outside of my house doesn't look like the examples I saw online.
I had a uverse digital phoneline from AT&T before I setup Ooma and ported my number. I cancelled my AT&T digital phoneline.
Anyone out there can guide me to verify if my landline is in fact disconnected???
