telo upgrade
Why does it take 24-48 hours to register a new telo for and existing customer? When I called I was asked to give the activation code and the MAC of the old and the new telo boxes. I was then told that it would take 24-48 hours to implement the change and I would get an e-mail to let me know when I can plug in to the new box. It seems like an excessive amount of time to change two numbers.

The person that answers the phone is probably not the one that makes the change. The one that does may be in a different time zone and/or working from home.
