Call Forwarding

When I dial *72 for call forwarding I just get a busy signal. I have Premier and believe I have set up call forwarding in my account.

Just learned that *72 for call forwarding only works for Ooma Office. In basic Ooma with premier you have to go to your account preferences each time to turn call forwarding on or off. Unbelievable, I think if I had known this I would not have changed to Ooma.

I was disappointed as well. We should be able to forward the line from a phone, not have to go online to do so.

Thinking of cancelling Ooma as I can't go to a computer to do call forwarding..this should be a available through the handset like all other carriers provide!

The Ooma mobile app is not quite the same as a handset, but it can also update call forwarding preferences.
