Replacement Ooma Telo Unit
I plan to replace an older Telo unit with a new 1. I already have had my Ooma phone system for 4 years and simply want to swap out the basic Telo unit. My questions are:
Can I do the activation of the new telo unit on-line?
Or do I need to call Ooma support to tell them the new Telo unit's mac address?

You need to call Ooma support and give them the MAC address of the old and new units.
