Telo Air, only get flashing red lights. Bad unit ?

Hi !
I received the Telo Air i ordered at costco today. I activated it and created an account, also got a phone number. Problem; All i can get on the Telo Air are flashing red lights. I Tried both wired and wireless, after connecting it, all i have is an endless red light flashing. (2 short flash at a time). I tried doing a hard reset, but it didn't help.
Any ideas how to fix it ? Or should i return it for a replacement ?
