Verify your external IP address didn't change. Check the IP that the Ooma hub is getting from your modem. When I 1st hooked up Ooma my web and mail server weren't accessable from outside my LAN after rebooting all my equipment. My modem had picked up a new IP so in order to access web mail I had to use the new IP when outside my LAN.
The nice thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise.Image
