Ooma @ second home

I am considering setting up Ooma at a second home. I assume I need a second Telo device but am trying to understand my options. For example:
1. Would the second home device be an entirely different account - with no relationship between the first and second devices?
2. Would I be able to register the second device under my existing Ooma account, and have two devices one in each home? If so, how do phone numbers work and how does the mobile app work?
Just trying to understand how this works with one person, but two different locations and wanting to use Ooma at both locations.
