Hub stays red - after router config
Here's a copy and paste from WayneDSR's instructions on how to reset the Hub. Let's try this.
Power off the hub.
Hold down the blue ooma tab on the ooma hub while plugging ooma power back in.
Continue holding down the ooma tab for about 30 seconds. Ooma will display a red lightshow. After 30 seconds release the ooma tab.

Re: Hub stays red - after router config
Just to clarify --- Ooma tab is the clear (or blue or red) tab at the top ... it is really a switch. That is the one you should press and hold for 30 seconds when you power on the Hub for a reset.
Re: Hub stays red - after router config
Yeah, I had read how to reset the hub. That's the problem though. I've been doing that just about every time I change anything -- in addition to unplugging my modem, router, and switch. Then I have to go back and plug everything back in once I reset the hub. I've probably went through that about 7 times tonight (i.e. 28 combined flights of steps ).
I think I'm done resetting/power cycling for the night.

Re: Hub stays red - after router config
Well, let's hope Ooma support is able to figure it out quickly ...

Thanks, and thanks again to everyone for their help.
I'll update this thread if/when it gets resolved with the root issue and solution.

Re: Hub stays red - after router config
For those interested, I got it working. I had to call ooma support, and apparently some things weren't completed on their end. After they got everything up on their end, I was able to get it working.
This is w/ the ooma hub set up as the DMZ server, so I still need to change that out (port forwarding, static IP, etc.).
Thanks again for everyone's help.
