Today I tried the Ooma support service.

You get a low level person that says reboot everything. Then I get told to call the support phone number for help.

I explain that the Ooma is not working and this means I have no telephone service. That means I HAVE NO CONNECTION to any phone.

No further results.

The only thing I can do at this point would appear to be buy another Ooma. That will lose me my forever deal from the initial sale. Not particularly happy.

Does anyone know of a reasonable replacement for a service?

Old hub and scout on the original lifetime deal still working fine here. I did have to change/repair the power supply for the scout recently. When a call came in it went dead. It turned out all it was was the capacitors in the scout power supply (every electronics problem I've ever had has been capacitors). Seems like when a call came in the increased power need couldn't be met by the bad capacitors. 50 cents for 2 new capacitors and back in business. Or buy a new power supply from ebay.
