Today I tried the Ooma support service.
You get a low level person that says reboot everything. Then I get told to call the support phone number for help.
I explain that the Ooma is not working and this means I have no telephone service. That means I HAVE NO CONNECTION to any phone.
No further results.
The only thing I can do at this point would appear to be buy another Ooma. That will lose me my forever deal from the initial sale. Not particularly happy.
Does anyone know of a reasonable replacement for a service?
