Ooma Telo Air Setup Issues

I've tried live chat and phone support, unfortunately I am not sure they can help. I'm hoping someone on here is able to help out because I'm at my wits end.

My setup: Modem -> Router ->
  • PC (via Ethernet)
  • PC (via Wifi)
  • OOMA Tele Air 2 (via Wifi)
So everything in my house connects to the internet through my router via Ethernet cable or WIfi.

I am having issues with my Telo, there is a decent delay that just isn't there with a land line. Not only that but there is noticeable lag. I was looking online and came across the Port Forwarding Page found https://support.ooma.com/home/advanced- ... ice-ports/.

Unfortunately, I do not understand what they want me to do at all. The page doesn't use standard terminology that I can google. I have some experience with networking but I feel not enough in this case.

I have a AC-RT3100 Asus Router which I setup as follows (see https://imgur.com/a/J7nU0uD).

Is my setup correct? Is there something else I need to do? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
