Connecting HD3 to Telo Base Generation 2

As per the instructions I pushed the Page Button, HD3 asked for confirmation I pressed Yes. But now I have NO active phone communications?? Does the Telo Base need to be rebooted??
Sorry for asking a dumb question..
I did call Ooma support but the tech person didn't have a clue put me on hold for 10 minutes then I hung up.
It seems the tech support is now outsourced to some foreign country.. Thanks.
