Flower dark when it should be blue

The flower on my Telo is dark, when it should be blue. It is working perfectly otherwise, dial tone, dialing, incoming etc. and the red flashing flower works when initializing, just no blue.

Telo 1 press top middle button.
Telo 2 press the reverse button.
It cycles through several brightness levels including off.
