Connect Ooma Telo to T-Mobile Gateway

I switch to T-Mobile's home internet and my Ooma Telo is now disconnected. How do I connect it to the new T-Mobile Arc KVD21 Gateway? There is no helpful info on T-Mobile's website. Thanks!
