UPS Broker Calls being detected as spam

Hi
We are getting what seem like valid ups brokerage calls about packages. we have our call blocking set to 'send to voicemail' for suspected telemarketers / spammers.
however, i cannot whitelist it as on the log it just says "Voicemail from BROKER", and on the call log - no call is listed at all. (after that i actually tested the system to make sure it was taking regular calls).
How can i whitelist or .. even verify the # calling via an outside source (ie a simple google search to see if its really UPS) if it never shows me the incoming #?
