UPS Broker Calls being detected as spam

Hi

We are getting what seem like valid ups brokerage calls about packages. we have our call blocking set to 'send to voicemail' for suspected telemarketers / spammers.
however, i cannot whitelist it as on the log it just says "Voicemail from BROKER", and on the call log - no call is listed at all. (after that i actually tested the system to make sure it was taking regular calls).
How can i whitelist or .. even verify the # calling via an outside source (ie a simple google search to see if its really UPS) if it never shows me the incoming #?

some kinds soul msg'd me and told me where to look for the caller id
(i tried to reply to them but nowhere can i find my incoming msgs in my profile.. so weird).
now that i have it (it is indeed ups - i confirmed its NOT spam). 8666654386

where can i white list this #?
i've found lots of places i can blacklist a #.. but no where to whitelist?

To whitelist a phone number, log on to your my.Ooma.com, go to Contacts, and add the name as you want it to display, add the phone number and click the Save button. It’s always a good idea to click the Sync icon that’s right there on the same screen.
