Need help to forwarding my missed call to google voicemail

I would like to use my google voicemail and would like all my missed call on Ooma telo goto my google voicemail.
I have do the following already:
1. disable ooma voicemail.
2. setup call forwarding to my google voiceamil "as always" and unclick the "Require key press on answer"
Result:
missed call can goto google voicemail only when my Ooma home phone is offline and mobile app is offline.
When Ooma home phone or mobile app is online, missed call still goto google voicemail but with the "Require key press on answer".
Can anybody know how can I disable the "Requre key press on answer" in this situation? So my google voicemail can pick up the missed call.
