Just Moved… unable to make/receive calls

Hello. I just moved and swapped ISP’s. Did have AT&T fixed wireless, now have an LTE based ISP. I have had multiple LTE ISP’s in the past without issues. I installed my Ooma Telo last week and have since been unable to make or receive calls.
I have a solid blue light on my Telo.

When I try to call out, I have a dial tone when I pick up the phone. I dial and then it goes silent.

When I call my Ooma number from a cell, my phone rings. I pick it up, it goes silent, the callers phone continues to ring in their end, and then eventually my OOMA phone resets back to a dial tone.

Is this all about a firewall or something?
