Two lines, two phones

I currently have an ancient Ooma Hub and Scout. This enables me to have the Hub associated with one number and the scout with a different number. (calls to line 1 rang on the Hub, calls to line 2 rang on the Scout). Dialing out was simply a matter of dialing the desired number on whichever device, no prefix such as ## needed. Both numbers were included with my one Premier account.
If I switch to a Telo and Link can I replicate this set up?
