Does new Premier subscription delete grandfathered benefits

Hello,

I'm grandfathered into the original Ooma Hub plan (no fees, taxes, etc.) however I did take the opportunity from Ooma to upgrade to the Telo.

Due to the increase in unsolicited phone calls, I'm now wishing to be able to block calls, which means Ooma Premier.

My question, to subscribe to Ooma Premier, will that take me out of the grandfathered in plan?
